BUILDING
Bouldering at The Crux is the perfect team-building activity for your next workplace event! It’s active, social, a little bit adventurous, and ideal for boosting team morale and encouraging connection outside the usual office environment. Whether you're climbing for the first time or already a confident climber, bouldering is a fantastic way to get everyone involved.

Your team will climb together, cheer each other on, and have plenty of laughs along the way. After your session, you can relax and catch up over a coffee from our café, it’s a fun and memorable way to spend time together. We have climbs suitable for all skill levels, and our friendly, supportive staff will be there to introduce your team to the basics, help with safety, and offer tips whenever needed.

No prior experience is necessary, and there’s no need to bring any gear. We’ll provide everything you need to get started, including shoes and chalk. We’re open to groups during regular hours, but if you have a larger group or want a more exclusive experience, we’re happy to host you for a private session at no additional cost. Just get in touch to discuss availability and we’ll help make it happen.
