Our Advanced Crux Team caters to experienced climbers in the V6+ range or those with competition goals. Regardless of your specific aspirations, our focus is on helping you improve your climbing through a comprehensive approach to training. Our twice weekly group training sessions incorporate a variety of training styles and methods, both on and off the wall. From strength and power training to mobility and technique work, our sessions cover it all. You'll be challenged and pushed to improve every time.

Each participant in our Advanced Crux Team receives a personalised training plan. We assess your personal strengths, weaknesses, and goals. Using that information, we develop a plan tailored specifically to you. Your plan includes exercises and drills to work on outside of our group sessions, allowing you to continue improving even when you're not climbing with us.
